This pre-proved vegan croissant is filled with 20% apricot filling and finished with a delicate orange and apricot dusting. Made with laminated pastry, it has a light, flaky texture and consistent baking performance, making it suitable for breakfast buffets, cafés, bakeries and hospitality environments.

Ready to bake from frozen, it is an ideal addition to vegan pastry offerings and provides reliable results with minimal preparation.

Suitable for hotel breakfast buffets, cafés, coffee shops, grab-and-go counters and pastry displays. Ideal for operators seeking a premium vegan bakery option with minimal preparation and reliable results.

Defrost for approximately 40 minutes at room temperature. Bake for 12–16 minutes at 180–190°C with steam.
