1. Inspection on Delivery

Customers must inspect goods immediately upon delivery.

2. Reporting Window

Any shortages, damages or discrepancies must be reported to Redmond Fine Foods within 24 hours of
delivery.

3. Perishable Goods

Perishable goods cannot be returned unless delivered damaged, incorrect or otherwise compromised at
the time of delivery.

4. Non-Perishable Goods

Returns may be considered only where products are unused, unopened and suitable for resale, and
only with prior agreement from Redmond Fine Foods.

5. Pre-Order and Special-Order Items

Products supplied on a pre-order, special-order or customer-requested basis are deemed accepted by
the customer at the time of ordering.

Except in cases where the goods are damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied, such items cannot be
cancelled, returned or refused, and the customer remains responsible for receipt and full payment of the
order.

6. Resolution

Following review and inspection where applicable, Redmond Fine Foods may issue a credit note,
replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

7. Discretion

Acceptance of any return remains at the sole discretion of Redmond Fine Foods.
