Redmond Fine Foods works with professional kitchens and food makers across the island of Ireland. Our customers include independent and multi-site restaurants, boutique and premium four and five star hotels, as well as leading bakeries and chocolatiers.
We also support premium retailers, food manufacturers, contract caterers, breweries, and culinary schools. Each has its own pressures and ambitions. Our role is to understand those needs and supply ingredients, knowledge, and service that help them cook, produce, and operate with confidence.
