DELIVERY AND PAYMENT POLICY

1. DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Deliveries operate Tuesday through Friday in Dublin and on scheduled routes nationwide. Customers should confirm delivery days with their RFF sales representative.

2. MINIMUM ORDER VALUE
Minimum order value for delivery is €150 or £150. Orders below this threshold may be accepted at the discretion of Redmond Fine Foods and may incur a delivery charge of €15 / £15.

3. ORDER CUT-OFF
Orders placed before 18:00 on the day prior to delivery qualify for next-day delivery on applicable routes. Orders placed after 18:00 will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.

4. SUBSTITUTIONS
Where an item is unavailable, a suitable substitute of comparable quality may be supplied. Customers may refuse substituted items at delivery.

5. DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Customers must ensure appropriate access and storage conditions at delivery. Signed delivery confirms acceptance.

6. DELIVERY TIMING
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to operational factors, traffic, weather or supplier delays.

7. PAYMENT
Payment may be made by Direct Debit, bank transfer, or debit/credit card.

8. CREDIT ACCOUNTS
Approved credit accounts operate under Direct Debit terms of Current Week +1 (CW+1) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. FAILURE TO PAY
RFF reserves the right to suspend deliveries where payment obligations are not met.
