Description

Miso Truffle Powder combines traditionally fermented Japanese barley miso with white and bianchetto truffle to create a rich, savoury seasoning with exceptional umami depth. Produced in Miyazaki, Japan, it delivers complex fermented notes and an elegant truffle aroma, making it ideal for elevating both savoury dishes and modern pastry creations.

 

Use

Ideal as a finishing seasoning for pasta, risotto, rice, eggs, carpaccio, tartare, shellfish, scallops, fish, grilled meats, foie gras, duck, game and fresh goat's cheese. It also pairs beautifully with cream, butter and tomato-based sauces, and can be incorporated into marinades, fillings, dressings, pastry and chocolate recipes.

Ingredients: 85% barley miso (barley, soy, salt, Aspergillus oryzae), salt, natural truffle flavour, white truffle, bianchetto truffle.
