Use
Finely grate over crème brûlée, panna cotta, ice cream, chocolate desserts, custards and fruit compotes. Tonka Beans also pair beautifully with seafood, white fish, poultry, sweet potato, pumpkin, butternut squash and creamy sauces. A small amount is enough to deliver an intense, aromatic flavour.
