Thornhill Duck is an Aylesbury-Pekin cross, specifically bred for high flavour as well as being beautiful tender and sweet. The average weight of each bird is 2.5kg; the birds are dry plucked which leaves the skin soft and velvety. As the ducks are not vac-packed they keep their form and shape.
