Made from 100% wholegrain sorghum, it has a mild flavour and soft texture. Also known as a pseudo-grain, sorghum is the seed of a grass similar in size and flavour to millet. Originating in Australasia, it is grown around the world and is a staple food in parts of Africa. The wholegrain is milled into a soft, versatile flour suitable for a wide range of gluten-free baking applications.
