Authentic white corn tortillas made in Ireland using non-GM maize and inspired by traditional Mexican production methods. The corn is cooked, slow steeped for 16 hours, and ground using volcanic stone grinders to develop its characteristic flavour and texture. These soft and versatile tortillas have a mild corn flavour with subtle mineral lime notes, making them suitable for tacos, enchiladas, quesadillas, and a wide range of Mexican-inspired dishes.
