The corn is cooked, slow steeped for 16 hours, and ground using volcanic stone grinders to develop its characteristic flavour and texture. These soft and versatile tortillas have a mild corn flavour with subtle mineral lime notes, a flexible texture, and a soft, slightly chewy bite. Ideal for tacos, enchiladas, quesadillas, and a wide range of Mexican-inspired dishes.
