Sakura Smoked Sea Salt is a premium Japanese sea salt naturally smoked over Sakura cherry wood, delivering rich smoky aromas with delicate woody notes and a clean, balanced finish. Produced using a traditional low-temperature smoking process, it enhances both savoury and sweet dishes with refined depth and complexity.

 

Use

Ideal as a finishing salt for grilled meats, roast chicken, carpaccio, roasted vegetables, grilled vegetables, ripe avocado, fried eggs, popcorn, cheeses, and fatty fish such as salmon, mackerel, sardines, trout, herring, eel, and tuna. It also adds refined smoky complexity to chocolate, bonbons, ice cream, and other desserts. Suitable for marinades, processed meats, sausages, and cured products, it imparts a clean, natural smoke flavour without chemical notes.
