Ideal for sauces, marinades, creams, meats, plant-based preparations, snacks, savoury fillings, and contemporary gastronomy applications, this smoke flavouring adds depth, roasted character, and a distinctive smoky profile without the need for traditional smoking techniques.
Shake well before use. Incorporate directly into the preparation at a dosage of 2 g per kilogram (approximately 70 drops), adjusting according to the desired flavour intensity. Mix thoroughly to ensure homogeneous distribution throughout the recipe. Do not consume directly.
