This kit includes a silicone mould and a matching silicone insert designed to create an elegant entremet featuring the word Love embossed on the surface. The insert fits inside the mould, allowing the decorative design to be incorporated directly into the dessert during preparation.
Use
Suitable for creating mousse cakes, entremets, semifreddo desserts and other sweet preparations. The silicone insert is placed inside the mould before filling, creating the decorative Love detail on the finished dessert.
