The GEL18M Classic Wave Mini by Silikomart Professional combines the timeless shape of a classic ice cream bar with a modern wave-inspired design. Featuring 8 cavities of 37 ml each, it is ideal for creating elegant mini ice creams, semifreddo desserts, frozen snacks and individual pastry creations with a professional finish.
The kit includes two platinum silicone moulds, two serving trays and 100 mini wooden sticks, providing a complete solution for producing and presenting frozen desserts. Made from high-quality platinum silicone, the moulds offer excellent flexibility and easy release, helping to achieve smooth surfaces and precise details every time.
Use
Suitable for creating mini ice creams, gelato bars, semifreddo desserts, frozen mousses and other individual frozen preparations. The included trays allow for practical storage and presentation, while the wooden sticks provide an authentic ice cream bar format.
