Fashion Éclair is a silicone mould set for creating elegant individual éclairs with a clean, contemporary shape. The mould features 10 cavities, each with a capacity of 80 ml, making it suitable for mousse desserts, semifreddo, baked preparations and plated pastries.
The set also includes 10 mini PET trays for presentation and an ABS plastic cutter that can be used to create inserts, sponge bases or decorative elements that fit the shape of the mould.
Suitable for both sweet and savoury creations, it can be used in the oven, freezer and blast chiller thanks to its wide temperature resistance.
