Use
Suitable for sorbets, ice cream, mousses, desserts, sauces, coulis, smoothies, cocktails, fruit fillings and confectionery applications. Its bright acidity pairs well with chocolate, citrus fruits, berries and tropical fruits, while also adding a distinctive flavour to dressings, chutneys and savoury sauces.
