Produced using traditional methods, the blossoms are steeped in rice vinegar for over six months before pressing and filtering, resulting in an elegant condiment with delicate almond-like notes and the distinctive fragrance of sakura.
Use
Ideal for dressings, marinades and vinaigrettes, as well as salads, raw vegetables, shellfish, seafood, fish tartare, scallops and veal. It also pairs beautifully with oysters, offal and fresh fruit, particularly red berries, adding a refined floral note to both savoury and sweet dishes.
