Redefine Premium Burger is a plant-based burger developed to offer the appearance, texture and flavour of a traditional beef burger. Made from a blend of plant proteins, it features a coarse-ground texture and rich savoury flavour, making it suitable for classic burger applications. The burger browns well during cooking and provides a firm, juicy bite, offering a vegan alternative without compromising on texture or eating experience.
Use
Suitable for burgers, gourmet sandwiches and foodservice menu applications. Can be cooked directly from frozen in a frying pan or on a grill. For pan cooking, fry over medium heat for approximately 14 minutes, turning regularly until browned and cooked through. For grilling, cook for approximately 15 minutes, turning several times during cooking. Ensure the burger reaches a core temperature of 72°C before serving. Serve in a burger bun with traditional toppings, sauces and sides.
