They can be used as a topping for meats, vegetables, or composed plates, or served as standalone crispy bites with seasoning blends.
Fry in edible oil or fat at 200 °C for approximately 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes until fully expanded and crisp. Drain well before serving and season as desired. Maintain the correct frying temperature to achieve optimal texture and expansion.
