Produced in a traditional olive mill in Andalusia, Spain, this premium extra virgin olive oil is made exclusively from early-harvest 100% Picual olives. With an exceptionally low acidity of 0.1%, it offers a complex, full-bodied flavour with medium green fruitiness and aromatic notes of fresh-cut grass, tomato vine, green almond, artichoke and green walnut. Its golden-green colour and long, elegant finish make it an excellent choice for robust Mediterranean cuisine.
Use
Ideal for grilled and roasted meats, tomato salads, full-flavoured cheeses, gazpacho, salmorejo and vichyssoise. It is also perfect for fish, seafood, vinaigrettes, mayonnaise and other dressings, while its balanced character makes it an excellent finishing oil for both savoury dishes and selected desserts.
