Produced in Spain from 100% Pedro Ximénez grapes, this artisan wine vinegar is aged in American oak casks using the traditional Solera method. With an acidity of 7%, it offers a perfectly balanced profile with a gentle sweetness and rich flavours of sun-ripened raisins. Its smooth, complex character makes it an excellent alternative to balsamic vinegar in both sweet and savoury dishes.
Use
Ideal for drizzling over ice cream, fresh fruit and desserts, or using in place of balsamic vinegar in salads, cheeses, roasted vegetables and gourmet finishing dishes.
