Description

Parmigiano Reggiano Vacche Rosse is produced in Italy using the milk of the traditional Red Reggiana cow, a historic breed renowned for the quality of its milk. Made with whole morning milk and naturally skimmed evening milk, the cheese is crafted according to the Parmigiano Reggiano PDO production method. After curdling and cooking, each wheel is brined for approximately three weeks and matured for a minimum of 24 months.

 

Use

Ideal for grating over pasta, risotto and soups, or serving in flakes on cheese boards and salads. Suitable for cooking and adding flavour to sauces, fillings and baked dishes.
