Description

Parmigiano Reggiano DOP is produced in Italy using fresh unpasteurised cow’s milk, salt and rennet, following the traditional production method of the protected designation. Matured for 24 months, each wheel is carefully selected and aged to develop a balanced flavour and a characteristic flaky, granular texture with protein crystals. The cheese offers rich savoury notes with a long, complex finish.

 

Use

Ideal for grating over pasta, risotto and soups, or serving in flakes on cheese boards and salads. Suitable for cooking and adding flavour to sauces, fillings and baked dishes.
