This organic medium rye flour is milled from carefully selected organic rye to offer a distinctive flavour, rich colour and excellent baking performance. It provides good moisture retention and a close, even crumb, making it ideal for traditional rye breads, sourdoughs and mixed grain loaves. It can also be blended with wheat flour to add depth of flavour and enhance the character of artisan breads.
