Organic Light Malthouse Flour is a flavourful bread flour made from a carefully balanced blend of white and wholemeal wheat flours, organic malted wheat flakes, and malted barley flour. The combination of malted grains adds a rich, malty flavour, enhanced colour, and excellent texture, while the higher proportion of white flour creates a lighter loaf than traditional wholemeal malthouse breads. Ideal for yeasted and sourdough breads, it is also an excellent choice for adding depth of flavour to wholemeal recipes.
