Suitable for cafés, hotels, bakeries, restaurants and catering service. Ideal for dessert buffets, afternoon tea selections, coffee accompaniments and premium pastry displays. Can be served after defrosting or heated for a freshly baked finish. Bake from frozen for 3–4 minutes at 200°C after preheating the oven to 230°C.

Dimensions: Approx. 5.1cm diameter x 2.3cm height.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, sugar, water, whole milk, margarine (palm, coconut, sunflower and rapeseed oils), egg yolk, egg white, whole milk powder, maize starch, salt and xanthan gum.
Allergens: Contains wheat (gluten), milk and egg. May contain traces of soy, nuts and sesame.
Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
