This mini butter chocolate roll is made with laminated pastry containing 16% butter and filled with two bars of dark chocolate. Pre-egg washed before freezing, it bakes to an attractive golden finish with a light, flaky texture and rich chocolate flavour.

Defrost for approximately 30 minutes at 22°C. Preheat oven to 200°C and bake for approximately 13 minutes at 170°C.
