Mini Choc./Nutella Donut, 25g x 105/cs

Mini beignets filled with a rich chocolate and hazelnut praline filling, made with soft yeast-raised dough and finished with a light dusting of sugar. The smooth hazelnut and chocolate centre combines with the fluffy texture of the dough to create an indulgent bite-sized treat. Suitable for breakfast buffets, coffee service, catering events, dessert platters and grab-and-go displays.

Suitable for hotels, cafés, bakeries, catering events and convenience outlets. Ideal for breakfast baskets, sweet platters, coffee accompaniments and impulse purchase displays. Defrost for 90 minutes at 18–26°C before serving. Display at room temperature and sell within 24 hours after defrosting for best quality.

Format: Quick-frozen mini berliner with chocolate-hazelnut filling. Approx. 25g per piece. 105 pieces per case.

Dimensions: Approx. 5.5cm diameter x 3.5cm height.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, chocolate-hazelnut filling (24%) (hazelnut paste, chocolate, skimmed milk powder, sugar, rapeseed oil), palm oil, eggs, dextrose, sugar, butter concentrate, rapeseed oil, yeast, salt, wheat gluten and natural flavourings.

Allergens: Contains wheat (gluten), hazelnuts, milk and egg. May contain traces of soy, other nuts and sesame. 

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze after defrosting.

Shelf Life: 18 months frozen from production date. 2 days after defrosting.
