Description

Soft mini plain muffins filled with a rich salted butter caramel flavoured centre (23.1%) and finished with a crunchy praline topping. Individually portioned and supplied frozen, they are ideal for cafés, hotels, bakeries, buffets and grab-and-go counters, offering a convenient premium sweet treat with a delicious combination of soft sponge, smooth caramel filling and crunchy praline.

  • Defrost for approximately 1 hour at room temperature before serving

 

Technical

Format: Approx. 26g each, 42 mini frozen muffins per box.

Allergens: Contains wheat (gluten), egg, milk, butter, soya, whey and hazelnuts. May contain sesame seeds and other nuts.

Ingredients: Salted butter flavoured caramel (23.1%) (sugar, sweetened condensed skimmed milk, glucose syrup, water, half-salt butter, starch, stabiliser, salt, natural flavouring, emulsifier), sugar, wheat flour, rapeseed oil, egg, egg white, water, hazelnut praline, modified starch, raising agents, whey powder, emulsifier, wheat gluten and salt.

Storage: Store at -18°C. Defrost for approximately 1 hour at room temperature. Once thawed, do not refreeze. Store below 20°C and consume within 5 days.

Frozen shelf life: 540 days.
