Freezin' Friesian Vanilla Ice Cream is produced on Ballyhussa Farm in County Waterford using fresh milk from the family’s pedigree Friesian herd. Based on the Kiersey family’s original ice cream recipe, it is made in small batches using natural ingredients to create a smooth, creamy texture and a rich vanilla flavour. Developed from a traditional farm recipe and refined over the years, it offers a classic, well-balanced vanilla ice cream suitable for both foodservice and dessert applications.
