Description

This large straight butter croissant is made with laminated pastry containing 24% butter, creating an open internal structure, rich buttery flavour and an attractive golden finish. Pre-egg washed before freezing, it bakes consistently with excellent volume, crisp layers and a light texture.

Ready to bake from frozen, it is ideal for breakfast buffets, cafés, bakeries and hospitality environments where a premium croissant is required. Its classic shape, generous size and high butter content make it a versatile choice for both standalone service and filled pastry applications.

Suitable for hotel breakfast buffets, cafés, coffee shops, bakery counters and foodservice operations. Ideal for operators seeking a premium all-butter croissant with minimal preparation and reliable results.

Defrost for approximately 30 minutes at 22°C. Preheat oven to 200°C and bake for approximately 17 minutes at 170°C.
