Use
Suitable for infusing creams, milk, custards, ice cream bases, ganaches, sauces and beverages.
For best results, split the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds using a knife. Add both the seeds and the pod to your liquid preparation, using approximately one bean per litre. Infuse at 70°C for around 20 minutes, then allow the mixture to cool. For a more intense and complex flavour profile, leave the vanilla to infuse for up to 24 hours under refrigeration before use.
