Kampot Black Pepper PGI comes from Cambodia’s Kampot and Kep provinces, where the peppercorns are harvested before full ripeness and sun-dried. Aromatic and complex, it combines fruity, balsamic and roasted notes with hints of menthol and cocoa. Lightly crush just before use to finish steaks, game, grilled meat, fish, vegetables, sauces and even chocolate desserts.
