This slow maturation process creates a tender, almost candied texture with a rich, rounded flavour, making them an exceptional addition to professional kitchens. The chef format includes 2kg of drained olives immersed in 1L of Kalios Olive Oil 02, which can be reused in a wide range of culinary applications.
Use
Ideal for antipasti, sharing platters and Mediterranean dishes, as well as salads, pizzas, focaccia and pasta. The olive oil can also be reused for dressings, marinades, roasting vegetables and other savoury preparations.
