Kalios 02 extra virgin olive oil is harvested mid season, in December. A monovarietal oil produced from Koroneiki olives hand- harvested in Greece. Once harvested, the olives are sorted, then immediately pressed in the mill to avoid any oxidation and guarantee the greatest freshness of the oil. #02 offers a balance between green and ripe fruit, floral, artichoke, hazelnut and almond notes.
