Kaffir Lime Leaves are an essential ingredient in Southeast Asian cuisine, prized for their intense citrus aroma and distinctive flavour. Frozen shortly after harvest to preserve their freshness, these aromatic leaves bring bright, zesty notes to a wide range of dishes. Similar to bay leaves in their use, they are primarily added to infuse flavour into curries, soups, broths, stir-fries and stocks. Crushing or bruising the leaves before use helps release their fragrant essential oils and enhances their aromatic character.

Suitable for curries, soups, broths, stir-fries, sauces and marinades. Can also be used to infuse pickling liquids, salt cures, sugar syrups and desserts. Add whole leaves during cooking and remove before serving, or finely slice for use in selected dishes.
