Produced in the province of Cádiz, Southern Spain, this artisan Jerez Sherry Vinegar is made from a selection of the finest wines from Jerez and aged in American oak casks using the traditional Solera method. With an acidity of 7%, it develops a rich, complex flavour with distinctive colour, aroma and a beautifully balanced acidity, making it a versatile ingredient for both everyday cooking and gourmet cuisine.
Use
