Jack Daniel's Smoking Chips are made from genuine Jack Daniel's whiskey barrels crafted from charred American white oak. During the ageing process, the whiskey penetrates the wood, leaving behind the distinctive aromas developed during maturation. Once the barrels have completed their use for whiskey production, selected wood is processed into smoking chips to impart a rich, authentic smoky flavour to food.
The pre-moistened chips are suitable for use with barbecues, smokers and rotisseries and can also be used to infuse liquids such as water, milk or tea with subtle smoky notes.
