Use
Use approximately 3 teaspoons per gingerbread loaf or add to cakes, sponge cakes, biscuits, cookies and brioche dough for a rich spiced flavour. Also excellent in apple desserts, crumbles and ice cream, or sprinkle into sauces for fish, shellfish and roasted vegetables for a subtle warming finish.
