Geranium Water is a delicate floral hydrolate obtained through the steam distillation of Pelargonium graveolens leaves and flowers. With its elegant floral aroma and subtle citrus notes, it adds a refined fragrance and fresh botanical character to both sweet and savoury creations.
Use
Ideal for flavouring sorbets, ice creams, macarons, cakes, fruit salads and pastries. It can also be added sparingly to fish dishes, light sauces, dressings, marinades, cocktails and mocktails for a delicate floral finish. Due to its concentrated aroma, use only a few drops at a time.
