Use
Defrost under refrigeration for 24 hours before use. Portion while still semi-frozen for easier handling, then regenerate until golden and crisp:
- Deep fryer: 180°C for 4 minutes
- Oven: 220°C for 15 minutes
Also suitable for air fryers. Ideal as an accompaniment to meat, poultry and seafood, or for tapas, canapés, finger food and plated dishes.
