Use
Defrost overnight in a refrigerator at 0–5°C before serving. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and consume within 5 days. Do not refreeze after defrosting. Suitable for cafés, restaurants, hotels, catering and coffee shops requiring a premium traybake that can be cut into individual portions.
