Produced by Coastguard Seafoods in Annagassan, County Louth, this traditionally cold-smoked Irish salmon is crafted in small batches using time-honoured smoking methods. Each fillet is hand salted, washed, dried and slowly cold smoked over beechwood chips to develop a delicate, balanced smoky flavour with a clean finish and a firm, silky texture.
Hand salted, hand pin-boned and carefully trimmed to remove the belly fat and tail, each fillet is vacuum packed to minimise waste while ensuring a premium presentation. Supplied frozen to preserve freshness and quality, it is ideal for premium foodservice and retail applications.
Use
Defrost under refrigeration before serving. Suitable for breakfast buffets, starters, sandwiches, bagels, salads, canapés and seafood platters. Ideal for restaurants, hotels, cafés, catering and retail counters.
