Use
Defrost overnight in a refrigerator at 0–5°C before use. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and consume within 5 days. Do not refreeze after defrosting. Ideal for restaurants, cafés, hotels, bakeries and catering. Fill with cream, mousse, ice cream or savoury fillings to create premium desserts and canapés.
