An uncut chocolate traybake with a soft cocoa sponge and a rich dark chocolate fudge topping. Supplied frozen in a large format, it can be portioned to suit cafés, restaurants, hotels and dessert counters.
Use
Defrost overnight in a refrigerator at 0–5°C. Slice into portions and serve as a dessert or alongside coffee. Keep refrigerated after defrosting and consume within 5 days. Do not refreeze.

Ingredients: Sponge (69%) [caster sugar, WHEAT flour, buttermilk (MILK), sunflower oil, EGG, cocoa powder, raising agents]; chocolate fudge (31%) [cream (MILK), dark chocolate (contains SOYA lecithin), caster sugar, butter (MILK), lemon juice (contains SULPHITES)].
Allergens: Contains WHEAT, MILK, EGG, SOYA and SULPHITES. May contain NUTS.
Storage: Keep frozen at −18°C or colder. Once defrosted, refrigerate at 0–5°C and do not refreeze.
Shelf life: 3 months from production when frozen; consume within 5 days of defrosting.
