Use
Defrost overnight in a refrigerator at 0–5°C before serving. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and consume within 5 days. Do not refreeze after defrosting. Suitable for cafés, restaurants, hotels, catering and coffee shops requiring a premium traybake that can be cut into individual portions.

Ingredients: Brown sugar, butter (MILK), EGG, chocolate [cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring], milk chocolate [sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring, salt], chocolate chunks [cocoa mass, sugar, emulsifier (E322 (SOYA)), vanilla extract, MILK], flour (WHEAT flour, cocoa powder [acidity regulator: E501i]).
Allergens: Contains WHEAT, MILK, EGG and SOYA. Produced in a facility that also handles nuts.
