Use
Perfect for sponge cakes, macarons, meringues, royal icing, gelatine, coatings, cocoa butter, ice cream, pastry cream, chocolates, and decorative applications, Food Colour Powdered Red adds vivid colour and visual impact to a wide variety of sweet creations.
For optimal colour development, maintain the preparation at a pH between 3 and 4.5. Avoid exceeding 0.1% ascorbic acid or derivatives, as excessive acidity may destabilise anthocyanins and alter the final shade.
Incorporate directly into the preparation or premix with part of the recipe to ensure homogeneous distribution.
