Use

Suitable for grilling, pan-searing, roasting and combi-oven cooking. Ideal for serving as a centre-of-plate protein, sliced in salads, grain bowls, sandwiches and modern plant-based dishes. For best results, thaw under refrigeration before cooking and serve hot.

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Once thawed, store refrigerated and use within 48 hours. Do not refreeze after thawing.
