Use
Elastic jellies, veils, sheets, wraps, canelons and flexible gel applications in both sweet and savoury preparations. Ideal for creations requiring stretch, foldability and resistance without cracking or syneresis.
Format
Fine powder. Mix with dry ingredients before dispersing into liquid and heating to activate.
