Use
Preparation: Soak in warm water for at least 15 minutes, drain, then blanch in boiling water for 1 minute before use.
Suitable for stir-fries, soups, broths, sauces, rice dishes, noodles, dumplings, fillings and vegetable preparations. The soaking liquid can also be used to add flavour to stocks and sauces.
